Repeaters

The Cedar Valley Amateur Radio Club owns and operates several repeaters in the Cedar Rapids area: 146.745MHz, 145.150MHz, 147.090MHz, 224.940MHz and 443.600MHz.  The 443.600MHz repeater is now online with DMR!

All CVARC repeaters are an open community resource and as such any properly licensed amateur radio operator may use them to communicate.  While membership in CVARC is not required to use the repeaters, membership dues support the ongoing maintenance costs and upgrades to the repeater system.

There are a few guidelines we have when using our repeaters, which are outlined in the latest repeater policy.
